Come along to Gwynfe at 2 pm on Saturday, 19th September for a fun and interesting Nature Walk led by local

naturalist David Owen.

We will set off from Gwynfe Community Hall (SA19 9RD) for a gentle, circular walk of about 2 hours,

returning back to the hall for refreshments (available to purchase) to include squash/tea/coffee, cakes, sausage rolls

and sandwiches.

This event is fully suitable for children and is a fantastic way for families, nature enthusiasts and anyone interested in the

countryside, wildlife and walking, to explore the great outdoors together. Activity sheets will be available to help kids

(and adults) spot local wildlife and we suggest bringing along a small bucket or bag to collect natural treasures like

interesting leaves, acorns, or twigs. If you have a pair of binoculars, bring those along too to see what is hiding in the

treetops. David will be sharing amazing facts about the sights and sounds of birds, bugs, trees, and plants along our path.

Important details:

Dogs: Four-legged friends are very welcome to join the fun on a lead.

Safety: All children must be accompanied by an adult.

RSVP: If you can, please let us know you are coming by e-mail to gwynfe_community_hall@yahoo.co.uk

so we can bake enough cake and prep enough activity sheets!
